Overall great place to stay in Veracruz city. Also, I don’t believe there are many other good options.

Great location and facilities were good. The staff were very friendly. The food in the main restaurant was good.

One of the restaurants was closed. The patio door in our room didn’t lock and the bathroom smelled.

From the very moment we arrived the staff were very helpful and friendly, even though at time our lack of Spanish caused confusion. They even let us check in early. The room was perfect, the views from outside our balcony of the port was immaculate, the size of the room was amazing we had more than enough space. The location of the hotel on the port and next to the town square was excellent, we always felt safe when looking around the local area. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and staff again was very friendly. Pool area was never busy and very chilled. Cannot fault our stay, it exceeded our expectations and would happily stay there again.

Shame the top deck was closed but it was being refurbished so we understand.

I like my room, the facilities but what I like the most was the views from the restaunrant

I think the buffet wasnt as good as it should be according to the price but also the servicie, it took a long time and some of the cups were not clean

Excellent location and food so good, the reception staff however, they were a little bit in the moon and didn’t pay atte

Food from restaurant was more than delicious and the spa is worthy.

The fitness center is not a fitness center to be honest. They didn’t give me the room i reserved for since it is high season.

It was very functional for what I was doing. The Hotel was clean and the staff where very nice.

Location was excellent. Staff was nice and flexible someone always opened the door for me when I came in

Room was small for the price . One elevator was down for one day., The ATM machine was not working . I cold not exchange money at the front desk

I liked the location, the water pool was nice, also the restaurant has a "cake afternoon" which is like a buffet where you can eat many desserts.

The registration process is so slow, looks like there is no organization because anybody can arrive and enter into the queue without any restriction causing delays for the rest of the people.

Wonderful

The rooms are nice and clean and the common areas are modern and nicely decorated. The location is amazing and very convenient.

The rooms could have been a bit larger. If you buy food in the hotel, the portions are very small for their price.

very relaxing

All three were excellent : location, room and view. The spa staff was excellent. The porters were excellent. All staff was friendly. Restaurant was very nice for breakfast.

Foul smell in the hallway caused from flooding. Fan was on for days. Only bother us coming and going from room.

Breakfast buffet was excellent front desk crew very polite friendly and helpful specially Juana and Angelica. Nice property with great location close to malecon zocalo centro historico.
